High quality control

Individual vocational training and work
at the Lebenshilfe Werkstatt Leipzig

The Lebenshilfe Werkstatt Leipzig is an important institution that offers people with disabilities the opportunity to participate in professional and social life. With around 300 employees in Neulindenau, the workshop offers a wide range of work areas, including metalworking, industrial assembly, carpentry, assembly, packaging and shipping.

We at Turbine Group GmbH have developed a special partnership with the Lebenshilfe Werkstatt Leipzig. A core part of this collaboration is the assembly and packaging of our innovative Turbine NEO. The workshop employees take on the important task of carefully assembling the Turbine NEO and preparing it for shipping. This activity enables people with disabilities to use and further develop their skills in a real working environment.

By awarding these contracts, Turbine Group GmbH actively supports and promotes the inclusion and professional development of employees. The collaboration helps to strengthen the self-esteem and independence of the workshop employees. At the same time, we at Turbine Group benefit from the quality work and reliability of the Lebenshilfe Werkstatt.

This partnership is in line with Lebenshilfe Leipzig's guiding principle: "It is normal to be different". It shows that we at Turbine Group GmbH recognize and promote the individual possibilities of people with disabilities instead of focusing on supposed deficits.

Lebenshilfe Werkstatt Leipzig follows a clear quality and occupational safety policy that is geared towards providing excellent services for people with disabilities while respecting their individual needs and abilities. This fits perfectly with the philosophy of Turbine Group GmbH, which places value on high-quality products and social responsibility.

Through our commitment, we at Turbine Group GmbH demonstrate how companies and social institutions can work together to create a diverse and inclusive society. This collaboration is a model of how economic success and social commitment can go hand in hand.
